Today, I am determined to get back into a weight loss regime. I share with you, honestly, that I am a food addict. I am 5'5" and now officially 155 pounds. Too many fives. Too much weight.
I am hoping that this blog will hold me accountable. The diet that has worked the best for me is low-carb...and so I go return to it.
This morning, for breakfast, I ate 2 salisbury steak patties and a little bit of broccoli. Now, it's off to the walking trails.
My goal is to get down to 125.
